Ingredients

Directions

  1. The beauty of this recipe is which all items are flexible. Fruit except for pineapple can be substituted. (I do not know why, but have never tried to use pineapple) Amounts can vary to taste. Even the Tapioca can be adjusted to thicker or possibly thiner liquids.
  2. The size cans which I usually use are as follows:
  3. DRAIN FRUIT, SAVE JUICES. SPRINKLE TAPIOCA OVER JUICE AND BRING TO A BOIL.
  4. SIMMER FOR 5 Min.
  5. Add in Frzn ORANGE JUICE AND THEN THE REST OF THE FRUITS. CHILL.
  6. THE ORIGINAL RECIPE CALLED FOR ADDED SUGAR AND SALT, WE DIDN'Tablespoons FEEL THIS WAS NECESSARY.
  7. THIS IS A GREAT RECIPE TO TAKE TO GATHERINGS. I ALSO USED CALCIUM FORTIFIED ORANGE JUICE.
  8. (My kids prefer whole tapioca. This must be soaked overnight.)
