Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) pkg. powdered sugar
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
Directions
- Grease 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle coconut and nuts over bottom of pan. Put together melted butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat till smooth and pour over coconut and nuts. Prepare German chocolate cake mix as directed on box.Pour batter over icing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min. Cut in squares and serve. To assure moistness, allow the cake to remain in the pan.
