Ingredients
- 1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 x Egg yolks
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 c. Pecan pcs
- 1Â 1/3 c. Coconut
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Cook lowfat milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla over medium heat. Stir constantly till thick. Add in 1-1/3 c. coconut and 1 c. minced pecans.
- Beat till thick to put on cake.
