Directions

  1. Place beef in slow cooker (crock-pot). In a small bowl combine flour, celery salt, garlic pwdr, grnd ginger, and pepper; sprinkle over beef.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, sherry, molasses, and water; pour over beef.
  3. Cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hrs. If you like, add in 1/4 c. raisins 30 min before serving.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
