Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
1/2 lb Grnd pork
1/2 c. Finely diced onion
1 c. Applesauce
1 c. Bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. Ketchup
2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well. Place the meatloaf mix in the prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Let cold 10-15 min.
Turn the loaf out of the pan. Slice and serve.
