1 c. Bake it all mix
1 x Egg
1/3 c. Granulated sugar
1/4 c. Lowfat milk
1/4 c. Bake it all mix
1/4 c. Brown sugar -- packed
1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
3 c. Sliced apples*

Directions

*3 Medium, pared and cored Break egg into bowl; beat. Blend in granulated sugar and lowfat milk. Add in 1 c. Mix. Beat till thoroughly mixed.
Pour batter into an 8-inch round cake pan, bottom rubbed with shortening.
Blend 1/4 c. Mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of mix over batter. Arrange apple slices in rows on top. Sprinkle remaining mix over apples. Bake in a 350 F. oven about 40 min. Serve hot with cream or possibly whipped cream.
Yield: One 8-inch round cake
