Ingredients
- 1 med onion, minced
- 3 tsp margarine
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 pkt broccoli, minced
Directions
- Saute/fry onions in margarine; add in cream of chicken soup. Heat and mix in cooked rice. Add in minced broccoli, that has been thawed sufficient to break into pcs. Pour into greased casserole dish (9x13). Cover top with cheese. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Option: Boil 2 c. diced chicken till tender. Remove chicken from broth.
- Cook rice in broth; add in to above ingredients.
