- 1 lb plum tomatoes peeled, seeded
- 1 c. cucumber peeled, seeded,

- 1/2 x jalapeno pepper seeded, diced
- 1/2 med red onion diced
- 1/4 bn cilantro minced
- 1 can tomato juice - (4.5 ounce)
- 1/2 tsp warm pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend till smooth. Add in more salt if needed. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
