Ingredients
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 8 x cloves of fresh garlic
- 2 Tbsp. fresh gingerroot, minced
- 2 tsp Ancho chile pwdr Sea Salt to taste
- 3 lb chicken, cut into 8 pcs
- 1 x lemon, cut into 4 large wedges
Directions
- Put a couple Tbsp. of yogurt into your blender and add in the garlic and ginger.
- Blend till smooth. Add in remaining yogurt and spices and mix thoroughly.
- Place the chicken into a zip lock bag and pour the mix into the bag. Shake gently to coat and allow the chicken to marinate over night.
- Grill the chicken over warm coals till done, about 45 min depending on your grill.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side or possibly squeeze juice over the chicken just before removing from the grill.
