Ingredients
- 18 ripe tomatoes
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 T cumin
- 3 to 6 warm peppers, to taste
- 1 1/2 T salt
- 3 lg. onions
- 2 green peppers
- 1 sm. can tomato paste
Directions
- Chop vegetables and add in all remaining ingredients. Cook till tender. May be paced into sterile jars and processes for 15 min in boiling water bath. May also be packed into airtight containers and frzn.
