Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 can (8 1/2 ounce) liquid removed crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. shopped pecans
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Blend well.Pour batter into tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. Cool in pan. Turn out on rack. When cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
- Blend 1/2 cup butter, 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla; sift 1 lb box confectioners' sugar, add in sugar gradually. Beat well.Serves 20.
