- 6 x Black cardamom pods, cracked, seeded
- 1 Tbsp. Black peppercorns
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
- 2 sm Dry red chilies, seeded
Directions
- Using a blender, process all ingredients till finely grnd. Store in an airtight jar up to 3 months.
