  1. Cream 2 tbsp butter with cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and cornstarch. Add in 1 egg, 2 tbsp lowfat milk, and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Beat at high speed till smooth and creamy.Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Put together flour, 2 cups sugar, salt, baking pwdr, and soda in large mixing bowl. Add in 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup lowfat milk. Blend well at lowest speed. Beat 1 1/2 min at low speed. Add in 1/3 cup lowfat milk, 2 large eggs, Choco Bake, and 1 tsp vanilla. Continue beating 1 1/2 min at low speed. Spread half of batter in pan. Spoon cheese mix over to cover. Spread rest of batter over to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till toothpick can be removed clean. Don't OVERBAKE. Cool and frost.
  2. Put together lowfat milk and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Blend in chocolate bits. Stir in vanilla and sugar. Beat till of spreading consistency. If necessary, thin with lowfat milk.
