Directions

  1. Mix jelly with Dijon (2 T. jelly to 1 T. mustard)
  2. Spice corn meal as desired.
  3. Gently coat squid rings and tentacles.
  4. Heat olive oil in large fry pan. I use only enough to flash fry squid.
  5. Cook 2-3 minutes each side.
