  1. 1.Riddle the flour on a plank,and,in the middle,add butter,oil and sugar.2.Mix everything good,and,then,add egg,vanilla,lemon rind,bicarbonate,and,knead all,till become a compact dough.3.let it 10 minutes,and,then,put this composition in the form tarts,covering (with a thin layer),only the inner wall of the forms; the middle of the forms remains empty.4.Put them in the oven.5.Mix the ingredients for the cream and boil them.6.Let them chill.7.After the dough is chilled,stuff the each tart with vanilla cream.8.Above the cream put the fruits (chosen and good washed),and,then, (with a tablespoon) the hot jelly.
