Ingredients
- 4 x Pork chops -- smoked
- 1/2 tsp Sage -- grnd
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Raisins -- seedless
- 1 sm Apple, tart -- cored & Sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Flour -- all-purpose
- 1/4 c. Fruit juice -- or possibly water
- 1 1/2 tsp Vinegar -- cider
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar, brown -- firmly Packed
Directions
- Grill chops over warm coals 10 min. Place on heavy-duty aluminum foil; sprinkle with sage, satl, and pepper. Top with raisins and apple; set aside.
- Combine flour and water; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till slightly thickened. Stir in vinegar and brown sugar; pour over chops. Seal securely. Return to grill for 30 min or possibly till tender.
