  • Quick, easy, and cheap desert recipe MMMM Good!
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 x egg, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 pch salt

Directions

  1. Put 1 can peaches, juice and all, in a large pie pan or possibly skillet. Dot with butter and cinnamon. Mix above ingredients, crumble with hands, and sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 min. (If using fresh fruit, add in sugar for sweetening and 1 c. of water).
  2. This makes sufficient topping for a small cobbler pie. I usually use a large can of fruit and double this recipe.
  3. My extra secret ingredient is 1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla.
