  • 1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup fresh red raspberries or, (1 cup frozen whole red raspberries, thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded 2% Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted*
  • 1/4 cup light raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl.
  2. Add in the dressing and toss to coat.
