  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add in chicken and brown for 12 to 15 min per side. Pour orange juice over chicken. Sprinkle salt, cinnamon, pepper, raisins and almonds on top. Cover and simmer for approximately 30 min or possibly till cooked through.
