  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, coconut, almonds and walnuts in large roasting pan. Bake 18 min, stirring once. Cold well Combine oat mix, raisins, dates, apricots, flour and salt in bowl. Stir in Large eggs, honey and oil, mixing well. Press into 2- 8 inch pans that have been greased. Bake for 20 min or possibly till set. While still hot, cut into 2 inch squares. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil to store.
