  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. each; dry apricots, apples and peaches
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. dry fruit bits
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 1/2 c. quick oats
  • 1 (7 ounce) pkg. walnut pcs, divided

Directions

  1. In food processor with metal blade, put together dry fruits, process 2 to 3 min or possibly till fruit is finely minced. Add in honey and orange extract: process 2 to 3 min till well blended.In small bowl, put together oats and 1 cup nuts. Add in to fruit mix and process 2 min or possibly till nuts are minced. Form mix into balls. Roll into 3/4 cup finely minced nuts. Place in foil candy cups. Store in airtight container. Yield 7 dozen.
