Directions

  1. Wash strawberries; remove and throw away caps. Puree berries in blender or possibly food processor; set aside. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs and sugar till thick and creamy, 4 to 5 min. Stir in pureed berries, lowfat sour cream, whipping cream and vanilla. Pour into ice cream canister.
  2. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
  3. Makes about 2 qts.
