%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFirst,%20you%20are%20going%20to%20take%20your%20block%20of%20room%20temperature%20cream%20cheese%20and%20beat%20it%20with%20your%20electric%20mixer.%20Beat%20it%20into%20submission.%20When%20the%20cream%20cheese%20is%20smooth%20and%20creamy,%20that's%20when%20you%20can%20stop.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDoes%20that%20look%20creamy%20enough?%20I%20think%20it%20does%20;)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext,%20take%20your%202%20cups%20of%20cold%20milk%20and%20gradually%20add%20it%20in%20there.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOnce%20the%20milk%20is%20mixed%20in,%20add%20your%20pudding%20mix.%20I%20guess%20I%20should%20have%20cleaned%20the%20mixing%20bowl%20before%20I%20took%20the%20picture%20huh?%20%20Yay%20for%20messy%20mixing%20bowls!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20the%20pudding%20is%20mixed%20in,%20gently%20fold%20in%20one%20cup%20of%20whipped%20cream%20or%20Cool%20Whip%20(whichever%20you%20prefer).%20I%20made%20ours%20by%20whipping%201%20cup%20of%20heavy%20cream%20with%203%20tablespoons%20of%20sugar%20and%201/2%20teaspoon%20of%20almond%20extract.%20I%20plan%20on%20doing%20an%20instructional%20post%20on%20this%20soon%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBy%20the%20way,%20I'm%20not%20even%20going%20to%20mention%20how%20hard%20it%20was%20for%20me%20to%20NOT%20lick%20the%20spatula%20at%20this%20point.%20I%20may%20or%20may%20not%20have%20done%20it%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext,%20you%20are%20going%20to%20combine%20everything%20in%20another%20bowl,%20or%20not%20if%20you%20don't%20feel%20like%20washing%20another%20dish.%20I%20decided%20to%20put%20a%201/2%20cup%20of%20chocolate%20chips%20into%20half%20of%20our%20mix%20so%20I%20separated%20ours.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext,%20take%20about%20two%20spoonfuls%20(just%20use%20a%20regular%20everyday%20spoon)%20of%20the%20filling%20and%20place%20it%20in-between%20two%20graham%20crackers.%20You%20can%20use%20more%20then%20two%20spoonfuls%20if%20you%20desire.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECall%20the%20kids%20in%20and%20get%20creative%20with%20the%20fillings!%20Besides%20chocolate%20chips,%20we%20also%20ended%20up%20rolling%20ours%20in%20cookie%20sprinkles%20:)%20I%20have%20even%20read%20the%20tails%20of%20having%20them%20dipped%20in%20melted%20chocolate%20and%20chopped%20nuts!%20Yummm!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20each%20sandwich%20on%20a%20cookie%20sheet%20lined%20with%20parchment%20paper.%20Then,%20place%20the%20cookie%20sheet%20in%20your%20freezer.%20You%20want%20to%20make%20sure%20they%20stay%20in%20there%20for%20at%20least%204%20hours%20or%20until%20they%20are%20nice%20and%20firm.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPure%20perfection!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20is%20there%20left%20to%20do%20except%20watch%20little%20ones%20gobble%20them%20up?%20;)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGo%20round%20up%20the%20kids%20and%20make%20these%20today!%20They%20will%20think%20you%20are%20the%20greatest%20thing%20since%20sliced%20bread.%20Promise%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFrozen%20Pudding%20Sandwiches%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(Makes%2020-25%20sandwiches)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Beat%20softened%20cream%20cheese%20into%20large%20bowl%20with%20an%20electric%20mixer%20until%20smooth%20and%20creamy.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20Gradually%20add%20milk,%20beating%20until%20well%20blended.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Add%20the%20box%20of%20pudding%20mix%20and%20beat%20until%20well%20mixed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20Gently%20stir%20in%20the%201%20cup%20of%20whipped%20cream.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20Add%20any%20other%20ingredients%20you%20would%20like%20(chocolate%20chips,%20chopped%20strawberries,%20etc..).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6.%20Take%20two%20spoonfuls%20of%20the%20mix%20and%20place%20it%20onto%20one%20graham%20cracker.%20Top%20with%20another%20cracker.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E7.%20Place%20on%20a%20cookie%20sheet%20lined%20with%20parchment%20paper.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E8.%20Repeat%20steps%206%20and%207%20until%20all%20of%20the%20crackers%20are%20gone.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E9.%20Place%20the%20sandwiches%20in%20the%20freezer%20for%204%20hours%20until%20firm.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecipe%20Source:%20From%20Kraft.com.%20Original%20recipe%20can%20be%20found%20here.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
