Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 1/3 c. coconut (3 1/2 ounce)
- 3 1/2 c. Cold Whip (8 ounce)
- 9" graham cracker crumb crust
Directions
- Put together cream cheese, sugar, lowfat milk and 1/2 cup pineapple, and coconut in blender. Cover and blend at medium speed for 30 seconds. Mix in whipping cream. Spoon into crust. Freeze till hard (4 hrs). Let stand at room temperature for 5 min before cutting.
