Frozen Lime Pie

Ingredients

2 x Large eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup light

2 c. half and half
1/3 c. lime (persian)juice 3 limes
1 tsp lime rind grated food coloring green

Directions

Beat Large eggs till lemon colored, then beat in sugar gradually. Add in remaining ingredients. Tint a pale green and pour into freezing tray.
Freeze till hard. Remove to a chilled bowl and beat till mix becomes light and creamy. Turn into GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST. Freeze till hard.
Garnish with whole strawberries. (Serves 6-8.) 3 Persian limes (green, not key lime) yield approximately 1/3 c lime juice.
