Ingredients
- 6 c. ice cubes
- 4 c. brewed coffee cooled
- 1 c. coffee liqueur
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 c. half-and-half or possibly lowfat milk Whipped cream for garnish Grnd cinnamon for garnish
Directions
- Process half of first 5 ingredients in a blender till smooth. Pour coffee mix into a large pitcher. Repeat with remaining half of first 5 ingredients, and pour into pitcher. Stir half-and-half into coffee mix, and garnish, if you like. Serve immediately.
- Comments: For testing purposes only, we used Kahlua for coffee liqueur.
