Ingredients

  • 2 c. Freshly brewed espresso cooled to room temperature
  • 4 c. Ice cubes
  • 1/2 c. Half-and-half or possibly whole lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Superfine sugar plus
  • 2 Tbsp. Superfine sugar or possibly to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Kahlua or possibly other coffee-flavored liqueur if you like Cinnamon for garnish

Directions

  1. In a blender blend all ingredients till smooth but still thick. Divide mix between 4 tall glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
