Ingredients
- 2 loaves frzn bread dough
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 lg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 2 T lowfat milk
- Cinnamon to taste
Directions
- Thaw bread but don't let rise. Break 1 loaf into small pcs in bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan. Heat butter, add in brown sugar, uncooked pudding mix, lowfat milk and cinnamon. Mix together and pour over broken bread. Break second loaf of bread on top of mix in the pan. Then top by sprinkling with 1 tsp cinnamon mixed with 1/2 cup sugar. Let rise 2 hrs. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 min. Serves 6.
