  • 2 loaves frzn bread
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 2 T lowfat milk
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 3/4 c. raisins & nuts, if you like

Directions

  1. Thaw bread dough, don't let rise. Break 1 loaf into small pcs in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Heat butter, add in brown sugar, pudding mix, lowfat milk and cinnamon. Sprinkle raisins and nuts on dough. Pour butter and pudding mix over dough and raisins and nuts. Break second loaf on top. Let rise 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minuts.
