  • 1 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet chocolate, melted
  • 2 x yellow bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/4 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. amber rum
  • 1 pkt (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 pkt (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tub (500 mL) Cold Whip Whipped Topping, thawed

Directions

  1. LINE large glass bowl with plastic wrap. Drizzle inside with melted chocolate; chill.
  2. MASH bananas; set aside.
  3. COMBINE lowfat milk, rum, instant pudding and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat on medium till smooth. Stir in bananas.
  4. Mix in whipped topping; spoon into bowl. Freeze till hard.
  5. REMOVE from freezer, unmould and remove plastic wrap. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
