- Put together lowfat milk and flour and cook over low heat till thick. Add in salt and let cool. Beat sugar, Crisco and butter at high speed till fluffy. Put together both mixtures and add in 1 tsp vanilla. Beat at high speed till fluffy. Spread on cake when cake is completely cooled.
