  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. corn, liquid removed

Directions

  1. Sift and measure flour; sift with salt and sugar. Put together egg and lowfat milk. Add in dry ingredients, mix till smooth. Add in corn: Fry in hot fat.
