Ingredients
- 1 pkt (medium) Frito corn chips, set aside 1 c. for topping
- 1 can Chili (I hate canned chili, so I always make my own with the recipe off of the William's Chili Seasoning pkg....Much better then the canned stuff!!)
- 1 lrg Onion minced (optional)
- 1 lb Grated cheddar cheese, set aside 1/2 c. for topping
Directions
- In medium size casserole dish, layer in this order: Fritos, chili, onion, and cheese. Continue layering till all ingredients are used. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min. During the last 5 min of the cooking time, cover top with the extra Fritos and cheese which were set aside!
