Ingredients
- 1 can Frito brand bean dip
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 T lemon juice
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- Taco seasoning mix
- Tomatoes
- Scallions
- Ripe olives
- Grated cheese
Directions
- Layer frito bean dip and avocado. Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, taco mix and layer tomatoes, scallions, ripe olives and cheese. Let stand for several hrs. Dip with taco nachos.
