Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 med Cut pork chops Salt and pepper, to taste Juice of 1 lemon Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 c. Cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat an iron skillet to medium-high heat. Add in extra virgin olive oil. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Add in pork chops to the heated skillet and cook till well browned, about 3 min. Turn pork chops over and continue cooking for about 4 more min. Before removing pork chops from skillet, add in lemon and lime juice to deglaze. Add in cilantro and stir in pan.
  2. Remove pork chops and place on a hot platter. Serve immediately.
