Directions
- Peel and slice the plantains.
- Heat butter and coconut oil in frying pan. Add in plantain and fry for approximately 4 min on each side. Lift plantain with spatula from time to time to prevent sticking. Drain on paper towel.
- Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Serve hot with meat or possibly fish.
