  1. In a big skillet, brown beef and pork. Add in shrimp and vegetables. Saute/fry for 2 min. Remove from heat and drain. Put themixture in a bowl and stir in soy sauce, ginger, salt, sugar and pepper. Blend in slightly beaten egg. Cold for 15 min. Place 1 or possibly 2 tsp. (depending on how big you want the roll) on each wonton or possibly lumpia wrapper. Roll up and fold the edge, sealing with cool water. Fry in warm oil to cover till golden. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or possibly garlic sauce.
