  • 1 c. Self-Rising Flour
  • 2 c. Self-Rising Cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 c. Minced Green Onions White And Green Parts, Lightly Packed
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. Lowfat milk Cool

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients and onions. Add in cool lowfat milk to make a medium batter. Drop 1 Tbsp. of batter at a time into warm oil 1/4 inch deep in skillet. Turn only once (as a pancake). Drain on paper towel.
  2. 1/2 of recipe will serve 4 to 6 persons.
