Ingredients

  • 2 quarts of grape tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of fresh garlic – crushed and chopped
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • Dashes of Red Pepper flakes
  • Olive oil – to cover the tomatoes
  • Top the Spaghetti with:
  • ½ cup fresh feta cheese
  • 2 oz. can of anchovies - in oil
  • 1 lb. of your favorite spaghetti

Directions

  1. In a container combine all ingredients for the marinated tomatoes. Place this in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Prepare the spaghetti as directed. Drain and cover with the marinade and add the feta cheese and anchovies. Toss and serve.
