Ingredients
- 4 x Tomatoes, peel & chop
- 1 can Minced green chili peppers
- 2 x Jalapeno peppers,seed & chop
- 1/4 c. Minced green onions
- 1/4 c. Fresh minced cilantro
- 2 x Cloves of garlic Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
Directions
- 1. Combine tomatoes, chilies, green onions, cilantro, and garlic in a medium bowl. In a glass measuring c., whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Stir to mix. Cover and chill.
