  1. 1 In a blender or possibly food processor, combine banana, orange juice, lime juice, poppy seeds, raspberry vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, raspberries, salt and cayenne pepper, and puree till smooth. Cover tightly and chill till ready to use.
  2. 2 Combine grapes, watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe, blueberries and plums in a large bowl. Pour dressing over fruit and toss to coat.
