- 1 x Cantaloupe, Wedge
- 1 whl melon Cubed
- 2 x Baskets Strawberries Sliced
- 2 whl Oranges Wedged
- 1/2 whl Watermelon Cubed
- 1 lb Seedless Grapes
- 4 whl Peaches Cubed
- 1 x Lemon Juiced
- 1 c. Yogurt
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 pkt Crystallized Ginger Minced
- 1 ounce Vodka
- 2 Tbsp. Almond Slivers
Directions
- Stir fruit pcs together by hand. Squeeze juice of lemon over all, or possibly stir in yogurt. For a special occasion: combine 1/8 c. pure maple syrup with one oz vodka and pour over salad.
