  • 1/2 c. strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkt Jello sugar-free low-calorie any flavor gelatin - (4-serv size)
  • 1/2 c. cool water Ice cubes as needed
  • 3/4 c. thawed Cold Whip lite whipped topping

Directions

  1. Divide fruit among 6 dessert glasses.
  2. Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 min till completely dissolved. Mix cool water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 c.. Add in to gelatin, stirring till slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
  3. Measure 3/4 c. of the gelatin; pour into dessert glasses. Chill 1 hour or possibly till set but not hard (should stick to finger when touched and should mound).
  4. Stir whipped topping into remaining gelatin with wire whisk till smooth. Spoon over gelatin in glasses.
  5. Chill 1 hour or possibly till hard. Store leftover parfaits in refrigerator.
  6. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  7. Serving size: 1/6 recipe.
