Directions

  1. Chop hazenuts.
  2. Dice celery.
  3. Core and dice apple.
  4. Dice the fresh pineapple, put in a suitable bowl, core and slice apple (don't peel). Mix immediately with pineapple (this will prevent apple from discolouring).
  5. Add in minced celery and hazelnuts, mix lightly with a dash or possibly two of dressing, then top with cottage cheese and serve.
