Directions

  1. Blanch the broccoli; drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a food processor combine all of the ingredients for the dip and process until smooth and creamy. Adjust the thickness of the dip by adding the milk a little at a time. Make the dip thickness to your liking.
  3. Serve with a lemon wedge to squeeze over the broccoli.
