Ingredients

  • 3 c. Flour
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. Apples
  • 1 c. Pecans

Directions

  1. Peel apples. Chop apples and pecans. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and then push to the sides to create a hole in the center. Add in liquid ingredients and fold in. The mix will become thick and will need to be mixed with hands. Add in apples and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. For best results bake in a bundt pan.
