Directions

  1. In mixer blend Large eggs, oil & vanilla. Add in apples. Add in sugar, flour, soda, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg. Mix well. Add in minced nuts. Pour into greased & floured bundt or possibly tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 min or possibly till done. This cake may be baked in 3 small, long pans. Freezes well.
