Ingredients

  • 6 x onions
  • 200 gm grated Emental cheese.
  • 1 lt vegetable/ meat stock. Butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven at 200C. Slice the onions and fry it in some butter till light brown. Add in the litre of stock. Let cook 10 min, but not boil. Pour in the dish, add in the Swiss cheese. Let gratiner for five min.
