Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, sliced thinly
  • 2 chicken boullion cubes
  • 1 quart water
  • 1/2 tsp. kitchen bouquet or possibly gravy master
  • 2 beef bouillion cubes
  • 3 Tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Slice onions, saute/fry in butter till tender.
  2. Add in water, boullion cubes, and Kitchen Bouquet. Simmer 20 min, add in croutons and serve.
  3. Toast italian bread slices under broiler.
  4. Spread with butter, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Dice.
