Directions

  1. Cook celery, covered, in boiling salted water 15 min or possibly just till tender; drain.
  2. Combine Large eggs, salt, and pepper. Dip celery pcs in egg mix; roll in cracker crumbs. Deep fry in warm oil (375F.) till golden. Drain on paper towels, and serve immediately.
  3. Serving suggestion: French Fried Celery may be served with Mustard Dip Sauce.
